When the idea was born to create the first Pi WoodFired back in 2013, it was just that – a simple idea and a big dream. A vision to serve simple and exceptional, honest food. In a place you couldn’t wait to tell your friends and family about.
So in 2014 the first Pi was launched and what a journey it has been. We set out with the pure intention to make the best pizza that everybody could enjoy! Every step of the way, through the blood sweat and tears, through the highs and inevitable lows we have always strived to achieve our vision… to balance the traditional with the innovative. A passion for local seasonal produce, alongside sourcing best ingredients from wherever is best ! To create a dough that is light and crisp due to its 72 hour fermentation process.
To offer the ‘Classics’ alongside seasonal recipes. For people to talk about our pizza. To be surprised and wow’d, to smile and enjoy and to keep coming back with their friends and family.
